How do you prepare for a Quick Pulse Session?
To prepare for the Quick Pulse Session, make a list of 5 or 6 things you would like to have different in your life. This list is just for your use to help remind you of the items you would like to change.
They can be items that relate to any aspect of your life such as:
- Fears
- Physical conditions
- Unwanted personality traits
- Limiting beliefs
- Unpleasant or difficult past experiences
- Phobias
- Worries
- Low self-esteem
- Finances
- And many other limiting life experiences
The Quick Pulse is designed to work with voice to voice contact, so the session will only be held live via phone or video chat (Skype, Facetime, etc.).
Before the session, is better for you to prepare a list of 5 or 6 items you would like to have different in your life. You are required to be in a quiet place where you can speak freely and won’t be interrupted.
A typical Quick Pulse session will be up to half-an-hour.
There are situations when the real client is not able to participate in a session (unconscious, not able to cooperate, young child, animal or pet). In this case we can do the session using a person called surrogate, who will do the session for the real client. This can be done ONLY with the accord of the legally responsible person that takes care of the client.
The Surrogate Technique is an easy and effective way to assist individuals who are unable to participate in a session themselves or is done for ANIMALS.
Definition of a surrogate
A surrogate is someone who takes the place of the actual client.
The surrogate is with me on the telephone during the session. The actual client does not need to be present and can be anywhere in the world.
Who can be a surrogate
Anyone can be used as a surrogate. They must be 7 years of age or older and have the mental ability and focus to participate in the session.
When to use a surrogate
We use a surrogate when doing a session with:
- A child under the age of 7.
- Someone who is unconscious, too sick or for other reasons is unable to participate in a session.
- An animal.
Conscious consent when using The Surrogate Technique.
The actual client gives consent. If the actual client is unable to give consent, the person responsible for the actual client may give consent, or the person responsible for the animal may give consent. In most situations this would be the person who is legally responsible for an individual or the owner of the animal.
How to choose the item to be cleared.
The real client provides me with the list of items they would like to have cleared. We go through the list of items one at a time.
If the actual client is under the age of 7, or unconscious, too sick or unable to provide the list of items, or is an animal, then the responsible person for the actual client can provide the list of items.
How many processes or Pulses does it take to clear an item when using The Surrogate Technique?
When using The Surrogate Technique it always takes two processes to clear each item.
Why two processes are needed to clear one item.
The first process is used to clear a path for the energy with the surrogate. It does not actually clear the surrogate, but just temporarily creates a path. The second process is used to clear the actual client of the item.

About seven months ago, Carleta did a Quick Pulse for my 17-year old cat, Simba, who was in dire straits. She held great neutrality and told me to allow what was for the highest good for Simba to be our intention.
